Overview
Buying ready-made bibimbap seaweed is more expensive and quite greasy. The raw materials are very cheap, and it’s delicious when you make it yourself with less oil and less sugar.

Ordinary seaweed bought at the vegetable store for a few dollars.

Shredding while watching TV.

Add a little oil in the pan and fry it until it changes color slightly and becomes crispy.

Put a small amount of water in another pot, add salt and sugar according to personal taste, and cook until thick.

Brush the thick sugar brine onto the seaweed, add sesame seeds and sesame oil, and fry again until crispy.
