Ginkgo Chicken Soup
Overview
Ginkgo, also known as ginkgo. In addition to starch, protein, fat, and sugar, the kernels of Ginkgo also contain trace elements such as vitamin C, riboflavin, carotene, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, and magnesium, as well as ingredients such as ginkgolic acid, ginkgool, five-carbon polysaccharides, and liposterols. They are rich in nutrients and have good medical and dietary effects on replenishing lung qi, treating cough and asthma, stopping tapeworms, reducing stool, smoothing wrinkles, protecting blood vessels, and increasing blood flow. Ginkgo also has the functions of anti-aging, unobstructing blood vessels, improving brain function, delaying brain aging in the elderly, enhancing memory, treating Alzheimer's disease and insufficient blood supply to the brain. Chop the chicken into pieces and peel the ginkgo biloba. The chicken I have here is brought by my father from my hometown and is frozen. The ginkgo is also from my grandmother’s house. My mother has peeled it and kept it frozen.

When the water boils, pick up the chicken and rinse it with clean water

Pour the chicken, ginkgo and ginger into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and salt. Press Cook, after the water boils, cook for 30 minutes (I use an ordinary rice cooker, the one with the rice cooking function only)
