Omelette with minced meat and celery leaves
Overview
There was some celery and pork stuffing left, so I chopped a piece of red pepper and celery leaves, beat 3 eggs and fried them together so as not to waste them.

Prepare ingredients.

Beat the eggs and chop the celery leaves, red pepper and green onions.

Add the remaining celery and pork stuffing, stir in the eggs, add seasonings, add celery leaves and chopped red pepper and chopped green onion.

Mix well.

Heat the oil.

Pour in the egg and celery juice and fry.

Turn over.

Serve out.
