Fermented Toast
Overview
Sweetfermentrice was called Li in the old days and is a traditional Chinese specialty wine. A kind of sweet rice wine made by fermenting steamed glutinous rice (glutinous rice) with fermented rice wine (a special kind of microbial yeast). It is also called fermented glutinous rice, fermented glutinous rice, rice wine, sweet wine, sweet rice wine, glutinous rice wine, glutinous rice wine, glutinous rice wine, glutinous rice wine, and distiller's grains in various parts of the country. Today I use fermented rice to make toast. This toast was given to me by my gourmet girl before. After eating it, I loved the taste and texture. Friends who like the flavor of fermented rice can also try it.
