I saw someone online making it really beautiful, so I decided to try it on the weekend!

  1. Cut the apple in half and slice it as evenly as possible

  2. Add 220 grams of water to the pot, add sugar and squeeze some lemon juice

  4. Boil the apple slices until soft, drain and set aside

  5. Mix butter and flour and knead well with your hands

  6. Add appropriate amount of sugar water to boil the apples

  7. Knead into dough

  8. Roll the dough into thin slices

  10. Arrange the last apple slices on top of the previous ones, usually 7 or 8 slices

  11. Roll the dough sheet from right to left

  12. Finally pinch the tail tightly

  13. After rolling, put it into the paper mold and then put it into the muffin mold

  14. Put it in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush with honey 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven. I also added strawberry jam and mix well
