Sanxiang tea fruit soup
Overview
Sanxiang tea fruit is very famous, including carrot cake, taro cake, Sanya bitter cake, white dumplings, tea fruit soup...there are countless. My mother-in-law is an authentic Sanxiang native, and the chaguo she makes is more delicious than the ones sold outside. However, since she was diagnosed with brain atrophy last year, she seldom cooks and doesn’t like to talk. In order to encourage her, I asked her to teach me how to make chaguo. This is the first lesson: tea fruit soup.
