Stir-fried Beef Brisket with Enoki Mushrooms

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into shreds and set aside

Boil water, add ginger slices, green onion segments and cooking wine, cover the grassland beef slices with water, remove and drain

Boil the water again, cover the enoki mushrooms with water and remove them to control the water

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot. Add the oil and sugar and stir-fry

Add enoki mushrooms and green and red peppers and stir-fry until browned

Pour the fat beef into the pot, add salt and stir-fry, pour in an appropriate amount of salt
