Chop garlic, green onion and chili pepper and set aside.

Blanch the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, add a little salt, mix well, and place on a plate.

Place washed and drained oysters on top and sprinkle a little salt on top of the oysters.

Then put a layer of minced garlic, green onion, white pepper and crushed pepper on top of the oysters.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add vermicelli oysters, cover and steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes.

After steaming, pour in soy sauce and sprinkle with shredded green onions, then pour hot oil over it and serve.
