Have all the materials ready.

Wash the pork belly, put it in boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

While the meat is cooking, wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips.

After the meat is cooked, set it aside to dry. Add the sliced peppers to the pot and stir-fry. (Keep turning during this period) The peppers are almost soft and ready to be scooped out.

Put the cut meat slices directly into the pot and stir-fry, put the fatter ones first, wait for the oil to come out, put all the meat in, and then add the black beans.

After frying for two minutes and the aroma comes out, add the peppers.
