Garlic Shrimp

Living in a coastal city, of course, seafood is the main force. You can eat it in different ways every day so you don’t get tired of it. Phew~ I had this dish at my birthday party a few days ago and it felt good. So, I’ll improve it for reference and share it with everyone~

Have materials ready.

Remove heads from fresh shrimps

After washing, cut about two-thirds of the way through the back.

Wash the chives and red pepper and set aside.

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic. Remove seeds from red pepper and mince. Chop the chives into finely chopped green onions.

Heat a non-stick pan and add some vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic, chopped green onion, and red pepper to the pan and saute until fragrant, then add a teaspoon of salt.

Arrange the opened shrimps clockwise.

Place them in order.

Take a small spoon and stuff the sauteed ingredients into the shrimp, and spray with a little water. Steam in a steamer for about ten minutes and drizzle with a teaspoon of sesame oil.
