Have materials ready.

Add oil to the pot, then add peanuts, stir-fry over medium-low heat until cooked, set aside.

Drain the peanuts and set aside.

Cut the coriander into small pieces, cut the green pepper into small pieces, and cut the spicy millet into small pieces.

Find a large bowl, first add an appropriate amount of cooled peanuts (you don’t have to add them all at once, the remaining peanuts can be used next time), then add green peppers, coriander and millet.
