Cut beef tenderloin into large pieces.

Then cut into thick strips.

Add a little cooked cold oil.

Marinate with a little baking soda, soy sauce, starch powder and cooking wine for more than half an hour.

Flatten the peppercorns with a knife.

Cut into long pieces.

Put a little more oil in the pot than usual for cooking. When it is 40 to 50% hot, add shredded beef.

Fry until the beef is cooked and removed.
