Add 7 spoons of lard, one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of salt and half a spoon of chicken essence into the pork belly.

Remove seeds from green peppers, wash and chop into small pieces.

Add the chopped green pepper and stir evenly.

Add warm water to flour and mix well.

Knead it into a smooth dough and set it aside to rest for half an hour.

Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a long strip.

Punch into evenly sized pieces.

Take one portion and flatten it into a dough that is thin on all sides and thick in the middle.

Put appropriate amount of filling into the dough.

Fold the edges in half and tuck the edges inwards.

Put a pot of water and bring it to a boil.

After the water boils, add the dumplings. Use a spatula to gently push the dumplings in one direction to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Cook until the dumplings are all floating and puffy.
