Sautéed Scallion Cake

Sautéed Scallion Cake

Overview

In addition to using the noodle machine I exchanged for making noodles, I wanted to try it out to see if it could be used for other purposes. It turned out that it was super easy to use to make other pasta, and the thickness of the dough was even and consistent, which was very easy to use.
