Bring the water to a boil in the wok, then add the beans and cook. It takes 3-4 minutes'.

This is the Sichuan pepper oil I made before, which contains star anise, ginger slices, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon and chili pepper. Heat peanut oil and add spices.
