Cranberry Milk Bread
Overview
My mother said that I feel greedy after not eating bread for a few days. Haha, I make bread every few days. And every time I make it, I want to make more, enough to feed my mother for three or four days, and I also keep some for myself. I like making bread because you can use the raw materials you like to eat and make it in a variety of ways, and the taste is also what you like.

Steps
-
Ingredients for medium-sized dough: bread flour, high-sugar resistant yeast, and milk.
-
Mix the milk and high-sugar resistant yeast and add it to the bread flour. Use chopsticks to stir into a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 10 hours.
-
Ingredients for the main dough: medium-sized dough, butter, eggs, bread flour, salt, sugar, cranberries.
-
Put the eggs, sugar, medium-sized dough, and bread flour into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process.
-
When the dough forms a ball, add salt and continue kneading.
-
When the dough can be pulled out into a thin film, add butter. When the dough can be pulled out into a strong thin film, take out the dough.
-
After shaping into a round shape, place in a basin, cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.
-
When the dough has doubled in size, poke holes with your fingers and if it does not shrink or collapse, it means fermentation is complete.
-
Deflate the dough thoroughly, divide into 8 equal portions of small dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a rectangular shape.
-
Turn the dough sheet sideways and spread the dried cranberries on top.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom and tighten the seal.
-
Knead it gently a few more times and arrange it into a cylindrical shape with pointed ends.
-
Once all the dough balls are done, let them rest for a few minutes.
-
Then knead each into long and round shapes.
-
Place the bread dough into the baking pan and ferment for 1 hour.
-
The bread dough has grown fatter and bigger.
-
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with oatmeal. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and lower to 170 degrees. After preheating, put the baking sheet into the oven, bake at 165 degrees and 170 degrees for 28 minutes. Leave to cool after taking it out of the oven.
