Braised pork trotters and pork knuckles
Overview
The pork knuckles and trotters are exceptionally soft and rotten, the meat color is ruddy and attractive, the sweetness is natural, and the sauce flavor is rich. This dish is good for increasing appetite and nourishing the skin. Tip: In order to ensure that the pork knuckles and trotters are soft and rotten, cold water should not be used again after blanching. Add enough warm water to stew them to make them rotten easily.
