Chive Egg Pancake
Overview
I don’t really like serving breakfast. I go to work at 8 o’clock every day and have to take care of my children, so I don’t have enough time. This morning my family asked me to make pancakes unexpectedly, so I hurriedly took pictures and made them. I hope to find friends with the same hobby in the food world, and we can work together to find the simplest way to make the most delicious food.

Steps
-
Preheat the pancake stall to save time. I didn’t take pictures of several steps.
-
Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces or into sections.
-
Put 3 cups of flour, minced leeks, allspice, salt and pepper in a bowl
-
Add an egg and mix slowly with chopsticks.
-
After kneading for a while, in order to shape it, I added 2 cups of flour and kneaded it into a ball. The girl took this picture for me.
-
Brush oil into the electric cake stall, spread the dough directly into it, slowly pull it with your hands, and press it into a cake shape. After 5 minutes, open the electric cake stall again, brush oil again with a brush, and then close it. I didn't take pictures of this step. The picture below shows how it looks after both sides are fried.
-
Fry until golden brown and smell a bit fragrant like chives and eggs. I cut it with a knife.
