Remove the guts from the octopus.

Cut into small pieces.

Mince onion, ginger and garlic. Big BBQ sauce.

Blanch and take out.

Add oil to the pot and add shredded ginger.

Add oyster sauce and Daxida barbecue sauce, stir-fry

Add minced garlic.
