Steamed Salted Egg Pork Patties
Overview
It is a very simple and home-cooked side dish. Its small shape adds a touch of sunshine to the cold winter morning, just like the blooming sunflower. My method is dry steamed eggs, which have a firmer and chewier texture. The egg whites and minced meat are separated and layered. You can also mix the egg whites and minced meat and then steam them. The texture will be more delicate. Everyone can choose according to their own preferences.
