Stir-fried snow peas with spicy sausage
Overview
For my husband’s birthday, I cooked a few dishes. In order to make the table colorful, I specially made snow peas. The green color makes people happy and adds a bit of color to the birthday!

Pick the snow peas, wash and set aside

Blanch the snow peas in water and add some salt to keep the green color more vivid

Put oil in a pan and sauté the garlic slices

Add spicy sausage and stir-fry until fragrant
