Put the chocolate chunks into a Ziploc bag.

Crush lightly with a rolling pin.

About the same size as black beans.

Pour all ingredients into bread pan.

Turn on the dough mode (if you don’t have a bread machine, pour it into a large bowl and knead the dough slowly).

At the end of the kneading mode, knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough and let the dough rest for 10 minutes (this step is very important).

Take a small dish and pour a little cooking oil into it.

Apply some oil to your hands and take a small piece of dough, about 30g.

Knead into a smooth ball of dough.

After all the dough is kneaded, 20 mochi doughs are completed. Leave a little more space when placing the doughs. The mochi will double in size once baked.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 minutes. Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
