Overview
This is a steak I had in Japan. It is made of beef filling. It is tender and juicy when you bite it. So I never forget it. I just have time to try to restore the taste.

Chop onions and celery and set aside

Minced beef marinated with black pepper, sea salt and red wine

Add the chopped onions and celery to the beef filling, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, stir evenly, and then form into a patty.

Heat the pan over low heat, add butter and fry the patties. When both sides are golden brown, add red wine and continue to fry.

Then put it on a plate. You can top it with your favorite black pepper seasoning, beef dipping sauce, etc., and add some vegetables. A reasonable combination of meat and vegetables will be more nutritious.
