Scrambled Eggs with Spicy Peppers
Overview
Scrambled eggs with peppers is the most common dish at home. In the past, when making this dish, no vinegar was used, only soy sauce was added. The tantalizing aroma of soy sauce and eggs mixed in, always made me eat more rice. If the aroma of chili scrambled eggs wafts from someone's kitchen, you can't help but take a deep breath of air. This time, I drizzled a little balsamic vinegar on it before serving it, and it was very delicious.
