Shrimp and minced meat with bitter melon

Add some ingredients to the bitter melon, use minced pork and shrimp to embed it into the bitter melon, neutralize the bitterness, and use the steaming cooking method to make the dish more delicious with its original flavor

Wash the bitter melon

Cut into even thick slices diagonally and scoop out all the seeds and white membrane in the middle

Put it into a bowl, add salt and olive oil, mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse and drain

Prepare shrimp and minced pork (the minced pork and shrimp are seasoned with salt and cooking wine in advance)

Prepare wolfberry, add cornstarch and water to dissolve into water starch

First add the minced pork to the bitter melon, then add the shrimp pieces

After the water in the steamer boils, add it and steam for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the wolfberry
