Soak dry cold noodles in cold water overnight. Drain and set aside later

Prepare sausage.

Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame paste, and hot sauce to the bowl and stir evenly.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add the soaked cold noodles and try to flatten them with a spatula into a round shape. If it sticks to the pan, drizzle a little more oil.

When you feel that the cold noodles are basically formed, add an egg and beat until the egg penetrates into the cold noodles.

After the eggs are formed, flip over and fry.

Spread the prepared sauce on top, add the sausage, roll it up, take it out of the pan and eat it in sections.
