Five-color summer-relieving soy milk
Overview
Green, red, yellow, white and black, liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys. One color and one viscera, five colors and five viscera. Five-color soy milk can nourish the five internal organs. Mung beans are the most popular beans in summer. Porridge, soup and sugar water are indispensable. Red beans benefit water and remove dampness from summer heat, while oatmeal benefits the liver and stomach and nourishes the skin. Except for soybeans, all ingredients are carbohydrate-based ingredients, and the final result is more of a paste than a pulp.
