Double Nut Pound Cake
Overview
Double nuts: walnuts and blackcurrants. Add butter and eggs. This cake is so sweet and delicious. I made it in the morning and gave it to my daughter for breakfast, along with a box of yogurt. It is nutritious and delicious. My daughter is very happy to eat it, and of course my mother is even happier.

Cut butter into small pieces and soften.

Prepare cooked walnut kernels and black currants.

Crush the walnuts with your hands and chop the black currants slightly with a knife. Spare.

Add butter to powdered sugar and beat lightly with a whisk.

Add the egg liquid in 3 additions, stirring well after each addition before adding the next time.

Pour in the milk.

Pour in the walnuts and black currants and mix well.

Pour in the sifted cake flour and baking powder mixture.

Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry flour left.

Apply a layer of butter to the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking.

Carefully pour the mixed egg batter into the mold and smooth the surface with a spatula.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

Bake until the surface cracks and the skin is golden.
