Clean the hawthorn, remove the core and stems.

Add water to the pot, and when the water boils, add rock sugar and cook.

Add hawthorn and salt and continue cooking.

Cook until slightly soft, then turn off the heat, then soak for 2-3 hours, take out the hawthorn, sprinkle with a little sugar, and mix gently.
