Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the ribs and set aside, pour out the New Orleans ingredients and set aside
-
Mix the ingredients with a little water
-
Pour in the ribs, grab them with your hands to coat the ribs with the ingredients, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about three hours (of course, the longer it stays overnight, the more flavorful it will be)
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil (the amount of tin foil should be doubled to cover the ribs). Brush the tin foil with oil
-
Place the ribs in place and cover them with the extra half of tin foil (this will prevent them from being burned easily). Wrap them well, preheat the oven for 5 minutes, and put them in the oven
-
Bake at 200℃ up and down for 30 minutes
-
Take it out and brush it with honey, then brush it with the remaining marinated ingredients, sprinkle some white sesame seeds, and bake for another 10 minutes (I didn’t cover it with tin foil for the second bake)
-
Bake it and put it on a plate. Everyone in the family loves to eat it, especially the children
