Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
The first recipe of the new year. My mother is dizzy today. The lunch I made is imitating the sweet and sour pork ribs in Lao Yang’s kitchen. I have made some improvements, and it’s time to serve!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Blanch the pork ribs in water, then pour in water and cook for half an hour until cooked. Add some ginger and green onions while cooking, and pour a little rice wine
-
Reserve the cooked broth for later use. Marinate the removed ribs with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and vinegar for ten minutes
-
To make the pork ribs crispy on the outside and crispy on the inside, fry the marinated pork ribs in oil until golden brown
-
Put the fried pork ribs into the broth you just cooked (keep the excess broth, add some bamboo shoots at night to turn it into bamboo shoots and roast pork!), then pour the ingredients for the marinated pork ribs into the pot and simmer for a few minutes
-
Remove the juice from the fire
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, it would be better if you add some sesame seeds!
