Cut the northern tofu into large pieces first, then cut it into triangles at the diagonal corners

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes and fry over high heat.

Fry until golden brown and the tofu sticks float in the pot, take them out.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces, cut most of the green onions into sections, chop a small part into chopped green onions, and break apart the dried chili peppers.

Leave some oil in the pot, add chopped green onions and dried chili peppers and saute until fragrant
