Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
-
Cut the ham into small cubes, the smaller the better; chop the green onions.
-
Add the chopped green onions and diced ham into the egg liquid, mix well, and add a little salt to adjust the saltiness. Note that the ham itself is salty, so don't add too much salt. Otherwise, the saltiness of the egg liquid will be just right if there is too much salt, but the fried egg roast will be very salty with each bite due to the diced ham. It is recommended that if you add too much diced ham, you can do it without adding salt.
-
Preheat the baking pan under the electric baking pan, pour a small amount of oil and spread evenly.
-
Pour the egg liquid into the electric baking pan.
-
If you like cheese, you can also add some cheese.
-
Shred the cheese.
-
When the eggs are fried until 7 or 8 times cooked, sprinkle in grated cheese.
-
Fry briefly until the cheese melts.
-
Burn the eggs in the electric baking pan or spread them out on the board, and roll them up from one side while they are hot, being careful not to burn them (here I rolled them up with a shovel and chopsticks in one hand).
-
After rolling, cut into 5-7cm segments with a knife, serve on a plate and enjoy, it is a delicious and hearty breakfast.
