Prepare half a three-yellow chicken, salt-baked powder, and ginger.

Cut the chicken into pieces, peel and slice the ginger.

Mix together salt baking powder, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and cornstarch.

Add a little peanut oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan. The oil temperature should be slightly higher, about 80%. Add the chicken pieces and spread them as flat as possible so that the chicken pieces are heated evenly. Do not flip them and wait for a minute or two before flipping them.

The chicken pieces are fried a little brown.

Stir fry for a while.

Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, so that the chicken pieces will be tender and tender (subject to the chicken pieces being cooked through).
