Dandelion Rolls
Overview
Dandelion can be eaten raw, stir-fried, made into soup, and stir-fried, and has a unique flavor. The main functions of dandelion are to clear away heat, detoxify, reduce swelling and be a diuretic. Soak dandelions in light salt water and wash them thoroughly
