Prepare eggplant, eggs, and lemon.

Wash and peel the eggplant.

Cut into 2 mm slices.

Peel the lemon and squeeze out the juice (one tablespoon) and pour it into the eggs.

Add a teaspoon of starch.

Stir into egg batter and prepare bread crumbs.

Drag the eggplant slices one by one into the egg liquid.

Dip in bread crumbs.

Fry in 50% hot oil pan.

Turn over several times in between.

Fry until golden brown, remove and control oil.

Serve with spicy seasoning.
