Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, add sugar and beat evenly

Add milk little by little and mix well

Add chocolate and microwave for 3-4 minutes until chocolate melts

Soak the gelatine sheets in ice water until soft

Add the soaked gelatine chips to the milk chocolate liquid and stir until the gelatine chips melt

Whip the light cream until it is still fluid

Add the whipped cream to the milk chocolate liquid

Stir evenly to form a cheese mousse liquid

Take a square baking pan. Since there is no mousse mold, use a square baking pan instead. Line it with greaseproof paper. Place a layer of cake slices first, then pour half of the mousse liquid

Continue to put a piece of cake

Finally, pour in the remaining mousse liquid and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for decoration and serve immediately
