Appetizer---Steamed Pork with Kohlrabi
Overview
It is a dish that my mother loved to make when I was a child. When I grew up, maybe my mother made it specifically to make it better and to let me eat more rice. Because this dish is salty, I would eat an extra bowl of rice. When the kohlrabi steamed pork comes out of the pot, the salty aroma (¯﹃¯)... is very appetizing.
