Butter rolls
Overview
A simple butter roll is perfect as a meal bag. With a glass of milk, it’s a perfect breakfast. It can also be paired with cheese, ham, and lettuce to make a sandwich. It’s very versatile, or it can be an afternoon snack for children. It’s delicious no matter what, and you won’t get bored at all

Weigh all the ingredients except butter and put them into the bread bucket, liquid first and then powder. Put the yeast on top

Knead until small pieces of film can be pulled out. Knead the dough in a bread machine for about 20 minutes

Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the expansion stage. Knead the dough in the bread machine for another 20 minutes

Roll into a ball and ferment in a warm place for 1 hour

After 1 hour ferment until about 2 times in size

Divide the dough into small pieces of 42 grams each, roll them into rounds, and rest for 15 minutes

Roll the rested dough into a rectangular shape

Fold the left and right sides inwards by one-third

Then fold it in half into a stick shape and let it rest for about 20 minutes

Finish all the dough in sequence

Then take a portion of the dough and knead the lower half thinly with your hands until it becomes a drop shape. Then flatten and roll it into a long shape. Roll it from the wide end to the Xichang end, and handle all the dough in the same way.

Then put it in a warm place for a second fermentation for about an hour until it doubles in size. Brush the surface with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes
