Red bean paste layered bread
Overview
I often make various homemade breads. Recently, my family likes to eat red bean paste bread, so I made multi-layered bean paste bread. It has clear layers, is soft and delicious.

Steps
-
After mixing the dough, the weather has been a bit cold recently, so I put the dough into a yogurt machine to ferment faster.
-
Take out the dough and knead until even.
-
Roll out the dough and put the bean paste rolled into sheets on the other side.
-
Seal the mouth tightly on three sides.
-
Roll out into a rectangular shape and fold into a sun shape.
-
Roll out into a rectangular shape and fold a second time.
-
Repeat this 3 times.
-
Cut into strips.
-
Put them into molds separately for secondary curing.
-
Carry out the second rise (it seems that the mold is a bit big and the bread does not seem to be fully risen).
-
The second haircut is completed.
-
The second haircut is completed.
-
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance, set the upper heat to 180 degrees and the lower heat to 160 degrees, place the middle and lower layers and bake for 20 minutes.

The finished product of multi-layered bean paste comes out of the oven. The color is very beautiful, the layers are clear, and the taste is sweet (haha, let the children break off a piece of the bread above and eat it).
