Carrot and Corn Bone Soup
Overview
My family members all like to drink bone soup. It is very rich in calcium and collagen. Drinking it regularly has many benefits.

Steps
-
Let the merchant help chop the pork ribs
-
Take it back and rinse it under the tap
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot to cover the drum bones, bring to a boil over high heat and remove the blood and foam
-
Take it out, rinse it and set aside for later use
-
Cut green onion into small pieces and slice ginger
-
Wash the carrots and corn. I use the vacuum-packed corn
-
Cut corn and carrots into cubes
-
Add all the ingredients to the casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about two hours. If you don’t have time, you can use a pressure cooker to save time
-
Add a spoonful of salt before serving, simmer for ten minutes and serve.
-
Add the salt last so that the meat on the bones of the microphone that is added in advance will not be easily simmered
-
With just a flick of the chopsticks, the meat fell off the bones. The soup was super fresh and there was still bone marrow in the bones. It was so satisfying to take a sip. . .
