Sesame Bean Sauce
Overview
Today I made sesame-fried beans by steaming them first and then pouring the juice on them, which makes them more flavorful than the traditional method of blanching them in boiling water (the water content is too high)

Wash the beans and steam them in a steamer (about 5 minutes)

Take it out, cool thoroughly and cut into sections

Prepare the sauce: add garlic paste, sesame paste, oil, and light soy sauce into a bowl

Mix thoroughly

Pour the prepared sauce over the beans

Mix well and serve
