Soak the bones in cold water for 30 minutes and wash them

Pour cold water into the pot. After the water boils, take it out and cook for three minutes. Rinse away the blood with cold water

Prepare seasoning: mince ginger and tie green onions

Put the water-drained bones into the soup pot, add water to cover the bones, and add onion and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for one hour

Wash, peel and cut the radish into cubes for later use.
