Ingredients
Steps
-
To separate egg whites and yolks, the container must be water-free.
-
Wash the red dates, soak them and steam them.
-
Remove the core and preferably peel it as well. If it’s too troublesome, don’t peel it.
-
Put the red dates, egg yolks, milk, and corn oil into a food processor and beat into a paste.
-
Sift in the flour.
-
Stir evenly. If it's too dry, you can add some milk or something as appropriate.
-
Add brown sugar to egg whites.
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice and beat with an electric whisk.
-
Beat until you can pull out small sharp corners.
-
Do not mix the egg whites with the date paste batter and mix well. It is best to first put one-third of the egg white paste into the date paste paste, mix well, then pour in the whole egg white paste and mix well. Be sure to turn it up and down when mixing, and do not stir in circles to avoid defoaming.
-
Pour the mixed cake batter into the square baking pan.
-
Put it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 28 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and let cool.
-
Use a mousse circle to press out the shape you like.
-
Press it all out.
-
The rest can be eaten.
-
Take a piece and apply honey on it.
-
Cover one slice with honey.
-
Plate and ready to eat.
-
Let’s be beautiful again.
