Oatmeal Fried Pumpkin
Overview
Simple ingredients can bring out a richer flavor! I went to a small restaurant before and had a snack made by adding flour to pumpkin, frying it and then sprinkling coconut milk and condensed milk on the surface. Wow. At that time, I really thought wow, pumpkin can be so delicious! Because I don’t like too sweet food, the sweetness of the pumpkin itself can support this snack. Therefore, this small dessert made with existing ingredients has been improved and the simple appearance of the snack is a delicious dish that you can’t stop eating. Fried food is already high in energy, so it’s better to use as little sugar as possible🙄🙄🙄😂😂

-
Prepare the ingredients: Cut the pumpkin into thin slices of about half a centimeter. Add water to make rice flour and make a slightly thick rice milk (you can also use egg liquid instead)
-
Dip the pumpkin slices in rice milk and then evenly wrap them in oatmeal like this. Wrap them all and set aside
-
Heat oil in a pot, carefully put the pumpkin slices into the oil pot and fry slowly over low heat once or twice until the surface turns golden and the skin is firm when held with chopsticks. It is ready to be taken out of the pot!

The finished product is oil-controlled and ready to eat! Isn’t it super fast😍😍 (The kitchen lights are a bit dim^_^🙄🙄🙄)

The finished product is a fragrant and crispy pumpkin with a soft, glutinous skin and a rich aroma! This combination is truly delicious! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
