Thai Lemongrass Steamed Mussels
Overview
Mussels are also called mussels. Among the mussels, New Zealand mussels are the most famous. They follow strict farming standards and have a reputation as environmentally friendly seafood. New Zealand mussels are plump, firm and delicious, making them a favorite among gourmets. Thai cuisine perfectly combines the four flavors of sour, spicy, sweet and salty, and then forms a clever chemical reaction through the aroma of herbs and spices, bringing a strong impact on the taste and a profound taste that escapes personality. We use lemongrass, lemon leaves, galangal, sweet basil and other herbs grown locally in Thailand to cook New Zealand mussels in an authentic Thai way.
