Spicy Pork Ribs Braised Noodles
Overview
I like to eat braised noodles. I think it tastes better than noodle soup. Each noodle seems to have absorbed a lot of soup. Especially the noodles braised with pork ribs are quite satisfying. Eating out a portion costs more than 20 and the meat is very small. And most of the ones out there don’t have spicy flavors. It tastes unpleasant. Making it myself today is super satisfying and delicious.

Steps
-
Half an onion. I had frozen pork ribs in the refrigerator before. For hand-rolled noodles, I choose thinner noodles. If you prepare a lot of ribs. It’s also delicious if you choose the thicker ones
-
Put a little oil in the pan. Add spicy seasoning. I used Haidilao, a brand I bought online, which is very spicy
-
Add the ribs. There is already pork rib soup in it, just add a little water to cover the pork ribs. Arrange onions on the side. Prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan.
-
Spread the noodles over the dish. Spread evenly. It’s best to use a non-stick pan
-
Turn up the heat and cover the lid. It will take about 56 minutes to simmer. It depends on the thickness of the noodles you choose. The finer the better, the faster. Open lid
-
First, put the ribs on top of the noodles, sprinkle some minced garlic and pour a few spoons of soup. No onions. You're done. The noodles are spicy and spicy, absorbing the aroma of the ribs and the sweetness of the onions. I think the noodles taste more delicious than the ribs.
