Wash the rice and put it into a casserole.

Add appropriate amount of water and soak for 30 minutes.

Use it to fry the eggs into flower shapes and prepare them.

Add a little oil to the rice.

After the high heat is turned on, cook the rice over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Slice sausage.

Mix light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cold water.

After the rice is reduced to soup, add the sausage and continue to simmer over the lowest heat for 4 minutes.

Add the eggs and carrot slices and simmer for 4 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for another 10 minutes with the lid off.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and pour over the sauce.
