Silver wire roll
Overview
Is this a steamed bun or a flower roll..., a silver roll! The first bite is the soft texture of the steamed bun, and the second bite is the soft and fragrant Hanamaki. It’s hard not to fall in love with it, it’s beautiful and delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sprinkle 5 grams of yeast into warm water to activate (first use half a bowl of warm water to activate the yeast, do not stir it). After 10 minutes, use chopsticks to break up the yeast into flakes
-
Put 500 grams of flour into the pastry machine, add 3 grams of baking powder and one tablespoon of sugar and mix well. Make a well in the middle and pour in the yeast water. Start the pastry machine and dough function. Add an appropriate amount of warm water in the middle to make the dough slightly softer than the steamed bun noodles (the same is true for hand kneading without a pastry machine)
-
After the dough is mixed, it automatically enters the dough rising function. (You can also ferment it in a warm place until it doubles the size of the original dough)
-
Take a look at the dough that has risen. There are many honeycombs
-
Place the dough on a dough board and knead it until smooth and long. Cut out a small piece and set it aside
-
Cut the large piece of dough into equal sections, roll it into a round shape and flatten it into a thick dough around the middle (not too thin)
-
Round and flatten small pieces of dough, then roll into dough sheets and brush with a layer of vegetable oil
-
Divide the cross knife into four equal parts and stack them together
-
Cut into thin noodles
-
Cut in the middle
-
Divide into as many small strands as there are pills and twist them slightly
-
Take one side of skin and put the noodles in the middle
-
Fold the left and right sides toward the middle
-
Wrap it up underneath and roll it out
-
Wrap it well and pinch the interface slightly to prevent it from opening during steaming
-
Place the green dough in the package on a greased drawer (add enough water to the pot), cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Turn on the steaming function of the pastry machine and set the time to 25 minutes. (Use a steamer over high heat and steam for 20 minutes.)
-
After steaming, wait three minutes before opening the lid, which can effectively prevent shrinkage. When the pot is hot, pat it with both hands a few times to make the silver strands more distinct
-
The finished silver rolls have the texture of steamed buns on the outside and the taste of flower rolls on the inside. They are soft and delicious
