Cinnamon Roasted Banana
Overview
The weather is getting colder after the cold dew. Eating fruit directly for breakfast always feels a bit cold, and your stomach will feel uncomfortable after eating it! If you don’t pair it with fruit, you will feel like your breakfast is missing something. Why don't we eat fruits in a different way? We can stew pears with rock sugar, use oranges to make steamed custard, use oranges to make canned oranges, and bake apples and bananas in the oven before eating them! I really like the scent of cinnamon, whether it’s roasted banana or baked apple, it tastes very tempting! After baking, a warm and sweet smell filled the room. Today we will roast the banana before eating it. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Add black currant raisins in the middle and sprinkle with appropriate amount of cinnamon powder. Then put it in the preheated oven and bake for about ten minutes, and the cinnamon roasted bananas are ready! Fruits are more tempting when eaten roasted. The sweet and soft roasted bananas, cinnamon powder and bananas are fully integrated. Occasionally, you can bite a raisin, and the taste becomes active...

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients needed to make this [Cinnamon Roasted Banana]: 2 bananas, 14 blackcurrant raisins, 1g cinnamon powder, and 10g honey. First soak the blackcurrant raisins in water or rum until soft.
-
Use a paring knife to cut off the head and tail of the banana, and peel off the rest of the banana except for the peel at the bottom.
-
Then use a fruit knife to divide the banana into even small segments. When cutting, be careful not to cut to the bottom, and do not cut the banana skin below.
-
Take out the soaked blackcurrant raisins and place them between the cut banana sections.
-
Sprinkle an even layer of cinnamon powder.
-
Then put the bananas on the baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then take them out and serve on a plate.
-
If you like it a little sweeter, you can also drizzle a little honey on the baked bananas.
